Apparent small town attitude to the credit card world


General Comments

Refused to allow purchase of goods when they found it was going, at Christmas, to an address other than the credit card holder, despite the fact that it was to the same name. Claimed to have sent a text, quickly changed that to had sent an email, then telephoned after Christmas. No explanation other than 'not our policy' to accept delivery to another address other than the home of the holder. Wanted me to pay for my Christmas present my son tried to buy for me. Apparently could not conceive of debiting the card to be sure they had the money before sending the goods. Small town mentality in my opinion.
