Good Points

The price was lower than other quotes we obtained but we paid peanuts and truly got a bunch of monkeys.


Bad Points

Just about everything.


General Comments

Shabby parking area, shabby 'reception cabin'. We were transported in a clapped out white transit van (on the way there). On the way home were were left waiting at Heathrow for an hour in the freezing cold waiting for a lift back again. 3 phone calls later were we told the driver was stuck in traffic. How much traffic is around at 6.30am on a Saturday morning?!! We were told to wait at the wrong bus stop and the guy 'in charge' ended up coming to pick us up as apparently he couldn't get in touch with the driver. When we finally arrived back at the car park (I use that term loosley) we had to wait 10 minutes in the rain whilst they found the key to unlock reception to get our car keys. Never again.
