Good Points

Their price was good. Free shipping is also good. The sales people are knowledgeable.


Bad Points

Apparently only the sales people are working during the holidays. The salesman told me my order would be shipped immediately, and since they have warehouses all over the United States I would get the shipment within 3 days. Since my car is stuck in a shop, torn apart, we felt we could make do without a car for 3 days. It has been a week, and they are now projecting a delivery date of Jan. 5th which is 3 weeks after it was ordered. The UPS tracking number I was given shows up as invalid with UPS.


General Comments

I know they have many satisfied customers, but I fell through the cracks on this one. I would have never order from a company in California due to the distance and time involved in shipping, but the salesman assured me it would be shipped from a warehouse near Alabama. There is a lot of difference between 3 days and 3 weeks delivery time. And who is to say that it will arrive in 3 weeks. It has cost me far more than the few dollars I saved on their low price because, for 3 weeks I am driving my 14 MPG diesel truck with fuel still at $3.00 per gallon instead of my Prius which gets 50 MPG on $1.46 gas.
