Customer service team were friendly.
General Comments
Allowed order to be placed that was 'not in stock'.
Failed to contact me as per own guidelines within 24 hours.
Cancelled order automatically and asked me to contact them 7 days later.
First experience with comet online and will not be repeating it again. Luckily managed to find the same product cheaper elsewhere so not a complete loss.
