Bad Points

- have not received goods despite charging credit card
- have received no response to several e-mail inquiries
- no phone number on website


General Comments

We ordered $100 worth of toys and never received anything, not even a shipping confirmation. I have not received a response to several e-mail inquiries. No phone number listed on website.
