No Stock updates via website, debited my money but have not received refund yet.


General Comments

The process is simple, buy goods, pay for them with a debit/credit card, await for goods to arrive. Here is Who Blackpool's apparent process: I ordered goods that were not in stock! (I did not know this), money was debited from account instantly, I was kept waiting with no order updates for weeks on end. I called up to ask for updates..'all is ok'...Week later, cannot get items into stock 'we will refund you'...2 months down the line and I still have not received the refund. Refunds via paypal should be instant. As for who, I felt I was given excuse after excuse with always someone else to blame. I think they have never heard the saying 'customer is always right'.
