General Comments

This is the worst Travel agent I have ever had the misfortune to come across. The tickets did not arrive 7-10 days before departure as promised and when I eventually got through to them on the phone they informed me that they had not received the tickets from Crystal yet and if the tickets had not arrived the day before we were due to go give them a ring and they would sort it out. Five days before departure tickets still not arrived. Again I waited 20 minutes for someone to answer when I was told that there was £90.00 outstanding on our account for some extras that I had ordered, but hadn't. They said they would have to look into it and would ring me back. 4 Hours later still no return phone call. Rang them again where they admitted that it was there mistake and would send the tickets out first class. 2 Days before departure tickets arrived but one missing and names incorrect on other tickets. Rang them again (25 minutes wait this time) where I was told that Crystal had not sent the missing ticket and she would arrange for us to collect all the correct tickets at the airport. I will report back on our return.
They were unhelpful and one of the representatives was rude on the phone. I will never use this company again and I would not advise anybody else to do so either.
