Good Points

I agree with all the comments made. 3 are uncontactable except through their call centre who seem to have no authority to give an answer except to warn that you are under contract, they seem to think that a contract is one sided.


Bad Points

I found them to be totally intransigent and Customer service was very disappointing.


General Comments

They have supplied me with two Nokia 6220 mobiles as an upgrade. As the back of both phones fell off, I returned both and they want to charge me £29.99 to repair a phone which has come straight out of the box. They refused to give me another phone and insist that I am on an 18 month new contract because I accepted an upgrade.
