General Comments

I am DISGUSTED at the quality of the bunch of flowers that was sent by arena. I say 'bunch' as I would not even describe it as a bouquet. They arrived looking NOTHING like the picture shown on website. They appeared to be a last-minute rush job by Arena Flowers using left-over flowers that were half dead or damaged and barely even arranged as per the picture on site.

Additionally there was NO water in the pack either, it had all leaked. I was now left with a bunch of half dead looking, poorly arranged flowers and very little intention of using Arena Flowers (or indeed recommending the company to anyone) again.

Spent nearly £50 on these flowers. Customer services don't even seem to want to refund me.
