Prices are great.

The stone settings in two rings I have had have came loose. The quality of the settings are not to the same standard I would expect from a reputable jeweller. Customer service is appalling. If you have a problem it's really hard to get through to them and then they don't want to know. They ignore emails from the website completely. I also had a problem with deliveries not being within the time and sometimes not happening at all despite them having taken my money.
I would advise anyone to proceed with caution about TJC. Very tempting to order from them as you can get diamonds and other precious gems for much less than on the high street but things are not always as good as they seem with TJC I have discovered.
