Good Points

Started off well, then got worse and worse. Very slow speeds, until I finally gave up and ditched them.


Bad Points

Signed up for "up to 8 Meg" what I got was sometimes less than 1 meg! Calls to customer service blamed my computer, the distance I was from the exchange, my BT line...everything except themselves. I was so fed up after complaining several times, I terminated the contract and they had the cheek to charge me as I had signed up for a minimum of one year, and terminated in under a year. They then made it difficult for me to get a MAC code, and continued to charge me several months after I had switched to a new ISP.


General Comments

They must be the biggest load of wasters on the planet in my opinion. I made the mistake of signing up for a one year contract. Big mistake. It took ages to get them to stop charging me even after I had switched to a much better ISP. Lots of excuses No action.

The good news. I switched to Fast.co.uk excellent ISP. Fast reliable speeds. Super customer service. Totally reliable, wished I had done it a long while ago. Highly recommended.
