Dwell have great looking furniture at great prices


Bad Points

Bad packaging, bad customer service organisation


General Comments

I have ordered furniture twice from Dwell this year. My first order for a dining table and four chairs was delivered super fast - however the packaging was terrible - there were no instructions of how to put things together and i received fixings for one chair. While Dwell's customer services were very pleasant and helpful they are limited as to what they can do to help. It took several emails to the customer services manager - who answered none of them - and a call to Trading Standards before i received my fixings - three weeks later. They did however refund my delivery charge of £65.00.
My second order was for a tv stand and three out of 5 of the pieces were damaged. It has taken me almost 2 weeks to arrange for a replacement to be sent out.
