Good Points

Received a new Vectra after I booked a Corsa


Bad Points

Customer Service is appalling. They keep referring to the 'Company Policy' and senior management who are well protect so you can not speak to them. Sign off a badly run company because they have something to hide!


General Comments

My hire was stolen from my house. I reported to the police who actually spoke to 1car1. But 1car1 refused to replace the car and will not enter a new agreement with me. I have effectively been dumped and left high and dry. What could have been a good customer service gesture has resulted in anger and frustration in trying to get a replacement car from somewhere else. Very bad and I do NOT recommend this company even though they maybe 'cheap'. I will NEVER use them again.
