Bad Points
No account giving your joining date so that you can keep an eye on when subs are due again, and to stop money being put onto your credit card without your say so. They say that its mentioned in the small print but if you can't remember when you joined then you are not going to remember when to cancel if you want to.
General Comments
I wish I'd read all the comments before joining as I would never have joined!
I recently let it be known that when my subs ran out I did not wish to continue on the site. The next day I was unable to get into the site because they had cancelled straight away - not in a months time as I had expected. Then I had to rejoin for free (haha) just to be able to email them querying why they had cut me off from the site. No answer as such just re-instated again. The people I had corresponded with on the site now seem not to be receiving my mail as they are I have not received any responses. I would not recommend this site at all. There are free sites that give better service so no need to pay.
