General Comments

This was meant to be a chill out 3 night weekend arriving 31st Oct for a group of working ladies. On arrival chalet uninhabitable due to strong smell, on complaining told we could have a caravan, and no we could not view this and no refund would be offered. Caravan down a steep slope off a dim lit path, and our black and white map did not help in the dark, wet conditions.
Caravan not of equal specification to chalet paid for with beds made up for arrival. Fittings broken, full bedding not supplied (we had to collect bedding required), DVD player had to be delivered, Ended up with TV having to be replaced twice.
Site dirty, ie rubbish everywhere, bins overflowing, bedding left outside accommodation on muddy ground, outside laundry bedding covered in mud laying on floor and in back of a trailer.
Staffs rude attitude, so complained in writing to the Customer Relations Manager. Initially issued with a standard reply (although this was denied upon challenging this). Second reply was just to state all points forwarded to relevant department of which there are many, and basically not to write to them again.
No compensation would be offered.
