Good Points

Front of house staff were polite and accommodating.


Bad Points

Customer service from some members of staff.


General Comments

I have been to many Nandos in and around the london and leeds region. I find that the Nandos in London give small portions that are often wrong or overcooked! When attempting to complain about this I have been told that I should have kept my receipt on the take-away. No matter how many times I try to explain that short of opening all food bags at the counter I don't know until I get home that it is inedible and then I don't know what to do.
I have now stopped going to Nandos as although I genuinely like their food when cooked correctly I find them expensive, portions tiny and I receive no customer satisfaction.
