I was very happy with the service I received up until the beginning of December.
Bad Points
Very expensive to contact them. I easily spent 30 mins on the phone to Customer Service on several occasions. Emails to them are limited to only a few words.
General Comments
I ordered several products over a period of 3 weeks. I patiently waited for them to arrive and was then amazed to receive emails telling me I had returned the items. Refunds were then given minus the delivery charge of £8.82. I contacted BID TV to tell them I had not returned anything to them and was in fact still waiting for the deliveries. They then claimed that the courier had attempted to deliver to me many times, but I was either not in or they couldn't find my house. This was not true. I have people working on my house, so there was someone there at all times. I had no problems receiving goods from other suppliers. I suggested that they may have a problem with their courier and although they agreed to refund my postage, they would not resend the goods to me. It was suggested I might like to bid for them again! Not likely. I am still out of pocket for the phone calls and my wasted time. In the past I have recommended them to friends, but I will never order from them again.
