Good Points

Flight attendants were generally very nice and helpful


Bad Points

Boarding flights hours before they are able to take off
Very poor planning... our flight was delayed 2.5 hours.
Lost luggage
Very little value for how much money we spent on it.


General Comments

United did a terrible job of communicating about anything. Our first flight was canceled but we had no idea because they did not update their website or the boards in the airports. We thought it was on time until we got to the gate! Also, we paid to check our baggage, only to have it lost. They know where the bags are, but can't manage to get the memo to anyone at that airport to put our bags on a flight to where we are! Customer service representatives are very rude.
