Bad Points

Took a while to get back to me (2 days) when I asked for a tariff.
Declined my invitation to quote for the SEO on my website, because he said 'I don't think your website would benefit because of the intense competition in your market, and therefore I could not justify taking your money if I believed this to be the case'.


General Comments

A very nice and honest company.
Did a free keyword report for me (it was not too bad) and did not even try to tout for my business. I had to ask for his tariff.

Seems to raise a lot of money for Cancer Research UK charity.
I was impressed with the honesty of the website and the emails.
They gave me a free 'Beginners DIY Guide to SEO' with no obligations.
