Good Points

Online Booking was very good and all the transactions went smoothly


Bad Points

When trying to contact on the phone about my refund I get transfered to at least 3 different people.


General Comments

I was booked to go to Pattaya (Thailand) last month (November) but because of the Closer of Bangkok Airport due to the airport being closed, I was called from someone at Barrheard travel to inform me that my holiday will need to be cancelled ( 2 days before I was due to travel). They offered me to wait till a later date to take the holiday, I explained because of my employment commitments I could not select alternative dates. I was then informed that I would then receive a full refund ( £3500 ) but that was over 1 month ago, and as yet have never received any refund or even a phone call. I have called them several time, but keep getting the same answer, they are waiting on the Airline to refund them first before they can refund me.
