We looked at many spas over 18 months before deciding to by the Cub. We have now had it over 15 months with no problems so far. It seems good value for money and makes other spas, often more expensive look cheap
Bad Points
Now and then we get an error message, but no explanation of what it means. It then just disappears.
General Comments
Most of the adverse comments seem to be related to the dealers who installed the spa. When choosing the dealer ask them for the names of some customers who have had a similar spa. Visit one or two and look at the spa being used and ask their opinion. Also look for dealers who have been in business for some years. A 5 year guarantee is no use if the dealer vanishes after only one.
