Good Points

Non judgemental advice and fairly accessible.


Bad Points

The person I spoke to forgot about me and did not provide the type of advice she said she would do. I waited months for a financial assessment and my details were not forwarded to the mortgage company as promised.

Despite many attempts to contact Payplan nobody was willing to talk to me and repeatedly offered to send a message to the person whom I spoke to on first contact.


General Comments

Totally unsatisfactory service. I was left with no support and no recourse. Worse still, nobody at Payplan offered assistance when it was clear that the person I spoke to had not completed the work she said she would do.
