Good Points

Room very clean and kept that way, towels changed on request. Food really good; varied and plenty of it. No queues on ski lifts. Really hot showers.


Bad Points

Hotel could do with a lick of paint and more comfy seating in the reception areas.


General Comments

What made our holiday exceptional was the friendliness and efficiency of the hotel manager and her staff. They were without exception extremely hardworking and tolerant of our large group of 8 adults and 8 children. Nothing was too much trouble, they should be really proud of themselves. I would have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending this hotel to my friends and hope that my kids grow up to be just like the young adults that work here.
