No Exchanges (without a receipt) tags intact on item


General Comments

My daughter had a top for christmas from MK One which was too small, took it back to mark one to exchange for a larger size only to be told nothing could be done as we did not have a receipt!!! even though the tags were still on and the tops were still in store. how ridiculous is this???? now we are stuck with an item that is no good to anyone!!! i will never shop in mark one again as I believe this policy needs urgently reviewing, it would of cost them nothing to do a straight swap for a larger size and we would of been satisfied with this. I think the customer service at mark one is very disappointing.
