Bad Points

Staff I dealt with seemed rude towards me
No one appeared to know what they were doing
I found it to be overpriced


General Comments

I was given some vouchers for halfords i normally don't shop there but as i had the vouchers and needed some stuff i decided to use them, I checked before hand on their website which clearly states that if the item is of lower value than the voucher change will be given in vouchers and the odd in cash upon paying for my purchase i had £30 in vouchers in 3 x £10.00, my items came to £23.59 i gave him the vouchers expecting change in vouchers and some cash but he told me that they didn't give change for vouchers i complained but they still refused to give me change. So now i have have wrote a letter of complaint to their main office meanwhile they have made over £6.00 extra which should have been my change

Overall I would never shop there again i thought the staff seemed rude to me and there are too many other car based stores around for me to waste my time with them again.
