Good Points

Makes real tasty coffee. The red/green lighting system indicates when the coffee is ready. Easy to clean the basket etc


Bad Points

The lid is manufactured in 5 parts and as time goes by it becomes apparent why; its is so that the whole lid does not have to be replaced as the individual parts fail.
I have had my percolator for 6 months and am on to my third replaced part


General Comments

As a percolator, this Dualit 84036 does exactly as described; it brews good coffee. However, its reliability is somewhat suspect to me, buy a percolator that does not leak from the lid.
Once a part of the lid fails it is impossible to manually replace the part in a manner that causes a watertight seal; hence all the coffee on the work-surface instead of the cup
