We brought a laptop from PC world about 3 years ago. We had it for about 3 months before it stopped working. We tried to take it back and wanted a refund... but they wouldn't let us. They provided us with a number to ring to have someone pick it up. They came, collected and brought it back 2 weeks later... 4 months after it stopped working again. With the same problem. We tried yet again to take it back to PC world and was met with the same response. So yet again, we had it collected, waited 2 weeks and then had it back. Just after a year of having it, it stopped working again, with the same problem. But this time they wouldn't take it back or have it collected. So we ended up paying nearly £700 for a laptop that doesn't even work now. I would NEVER EVER use PC world again and since this has happened, I have met other people who have had experiences just like this with them. I feel that their service is poor, their products are poor and their after care is poor. Infact I feel I didn't experience any after care. Our laptop was an ADVENT and I would not recommend them.
