Good Points

I have no complaints, that I can remember.


Bad Points

I didn't use my card, and they are closing my account, just when I wanted to use it.


General Comments

I received a letter in the mail a few days ago, stating that my account was being closed because of non use. I only use one card for my large issues, Through a misunderstanding, when I made a purchase a year ago, I have been charged a large ammount of money all of a sudden, and I am canceling that card, and wish to transfer the total amount onto a new card with a lower APR. I have excellent credit, never late on payments, own my own home, and have only one debt, that credit card. I no longer wish to do business with this company. Please contact me.
