Bad Points

I have experienced poor website

General Comments

I have had too many bad experiences with this retailer. When ordering a Celtic shirt for my nephews birthday I never received it. We spoke to the seemingly unhelpful customer service personnel who twice said that they would put the order through but alas it was never received.

More recently my wife had problems with their web site where the shipping always defaulted to the more expensive 2-3 day option regardless of which dial button she selected.

Once again customer service seemed unhelpful. The phone rang forever and was never picked up whenever she tried. She sent an e-mail asking for help and was asked for a contact number which she supplied - we never received a call back, it's been about two weeks now so I guess they're all out getting drunk for Christmas.

We will never use this website again.
