I experienced poor customer service
General Comments
The staff at Chisholm Hunter seemed extremely pleasant to me when trying to make a sale, however once I had signed on the dotted line I felt they seemed as though they were are not interested and I found the service to be very very poor, i.e. no updates provided, I did not receive any return any calls and I felt they broke all the promises made to me before the sale was made.
