They have a range of clothing that my children like so we bought a pair of Henly Jeans for my 16 year old son for Christmas from the Bank Clothing Wrexham shop. He wore them Christmas day and the Buckle broke off the back of the jeans. Today (Dec 27) we took them back but they refused to accept a return until Monday 29th. When we said that we were out the country then they said bring them back when you are back in the country. We argued that this wasn't good enough and asked to see the manager, too which the woman we were dealing with said she was for the time being and wouldn't deal with us until Monday. With this she threatened to get the police because I wouldn't move until it was dealt with. When I told her to get them and to give me a contact who could deal with my problem she gave me a phone number , told me to go then disappeared into a store room.....all in front of a shop full of customers. Unfortunately I have to go back Monday but after that I will not step foot into one of there stores. It grieves me the amount of money I've spent there this Christmas.....
