The prices on offer can be good

I feel that their ordering system is flawed, to the point where addresses can be mixed up and their Customer Service was very disappointing.


General Comments

I ordered an Xmas tree from Studio in early November for Xmas (surprisingly...). Confirmation received but 30 days later no tree. After a frustrating wait for a call back (which took 24 hours longer than they had promised) it transpired that their automated system had changed my address and delivered it to somebody else. They refused to refund the money and were unable to send a replacement as my delivery 'was missing' and they had none left. They said they would issue a form for me to fill in to 'entitle' me to the refund (which I haven't received yet). I spoke to the lady who lived at the address they had changed mine to and she had received letters and the original invoice - but not my tree! So no tree for Xmas as they were still keeping me waiting after the 20 December - that went down well with the kids. Then after Xmas my first communication from them was not the tree, or the original invoice, or the form to complete for my refund - but a red late payment statement with an additional charge of £21 - for goods that they had never sent to me!! I rang and asked to speak to a manager but their seemingly frustrating and annoying lack of customer care would not let me speak to anybody. Eventually they say they've cancelled the service charge and cancelled my account (at my request) although I fear it may not be the last I hear from them based on other people's experience.
