Good Points

Strong solid construction, quite easy to put together. Bench folds up when not in use. All round workout with a range of exercises.


Bad Points

Not as smooth as professional gym equipment. Could do with a tensioner to adjust slack in cable. Plastic hand grips split easily and slip - need to glue on.


General Comments

For the price a good alternative to the gym. When I first had it i was more than pleased and still would be if my gym had not put in Technogym equipement. (this is computerised and gives good feedback - total weight lifted/reps etc). However that costs thousands of pounds compared to the York. So overall still an excellent back-up for when I cannot make it to the gym.
