Good Points
we have made 2 loaves as this was a xmas pressie. both turned out brilliantly.

Bad Points
poor recipe book

General Comments
so far we are v pleased with it, but it is trial and error with the recipe book that came with it....i think it should take you through the whole process,we had to read both the white and buff books, and the tips should be alongside each recipe , and a step by step guide. we were very much in the dark.....

DEFINITLY AGREE ABOUT RECIPE BOOK. I CANT UNDERSTAND HOW TO CONVERT A PIZZA DOUGH RECIPE FROM A 250 TO A 350
