General Comments

I use this airline on the LHR-DUB route as infrequently as possible. How the mighty have fallen! Remember British Midland Diamond Service? It was the flagship for short-haul travel. Nowadays you get a grimace from the aged cabin crew as your board. BMIs flights on this route are nearly always late, never any information (finding a member of ground crew is akin to finding the holy grail!!) Disgusting Buy-on-Board food (save your money). Bad record for losing luggage and once lost, useless at re-uniting you with it!
I now fly Ryanair from STN. I pay next to nothing and expect next to nothing but often the offer is better than BMI can manage.
