They did not contact us when our flight had been changed. They moved the flight up an hour the day of the flight. United acknowledged their mistake, and now we are spending christmas 2000 miles away from our family. hey thanks for the 10% off our next fight. Is it with United? Oh boy it is, I am cited, this is the best Christmas ever, thanks United.
