General Comments
Ever since I've gotten this computer 2 years ago I haven't done anything but try and fix it... and its never easy! There aren't any dell shops, so everything is done on the phone which is frustrating for me, takes forever. If there is anything wrong you have to fix yourself while on the phone with someone who can be difficult to understand! The battery does not last long, my keyboard has been replaced twice, and the screen is loose and doesn't stay put... I have not been pleased with this product at all! I do not recommend Dell Inspiron 6400.
