General Comments

I ordered 6 photobooks from Snapfish on 11th dec ( which guaranteed delivery by 20th ) as these are christmas presents.
These didn't arrive. I called chasing on 23rd of Dec and was told they told me my order was not processed. I then requested a manager call me back with a reason and a solution. I did not receive a call.
I had to call their 0870 number each time and as we were on a family day out i had to use my mobile to call to chase them (at considerable expense). I got a different supervisor to the one promised and she checked in to my order and promised me it would be delivered by 1pm guaranteed the next day. I asked how she could be sure and she said every order would be leaving that evening for guaranteed next day delivery.
I waited in all morning of the 24th despite having other things to do at 1pm i rang to say it hadn't arrived. I finally got back to the same supervisor who told me that my order hadn't even left them. I told her she had promised and she said that she was acting on the information she was given. I pointed out the should have be despatched a week ago so should have already been ready, Again no satisfactory answer. I asked her to bike it to me she said she couldn't get bike on chistmas eve. I told her i could get one ( which i could ) and she said they would not be prepared to pay for this as it would cost too much.
I asked how i was going to get 6 presents bought for 6 people on christmas eve as they had taken my money ( nearly £70 ) and her solution was to refund me. i asked for a senior manager and was told they were all out and would call me but she could not say when other then today. I feel as though Snapfish have not only proved to me that they offer a poor service but that their customer service is poor too. I found them to seem inconsistent, i totally regret using them instead of photobox ( my usual supplier ) and should have paid the extra £15 difference and received my usual quality service.
