Good Points
They have the goods online.

General Comments
We ordered our pram from Mothercare as it was promised express next day delivery which we paid more for. The pram arrived 5 days later - no way express. I waited for the delivery at home with two kids & all they offer is a verbal apology from someone in a call centre!

The customer service leaves a lot to be desired. The call centre apparently takes all the complaints, provides the customer with many excuses & little else.

I will not be shopping at mothercare again - it doesn't deserve my custom. I might be better off at Amazon.co.uk or Boots where my business is appreciated.
