I cannot get any body to speak to me other than a machine that obviously does not listen I have tried numerous Customer Care Numbers at my expense to try and resolve the problem -- it is so frustrating I do not want to know about Xmas deliveries again and again
General Comments
I have been away for a week - on my return there is a note from the royal mail that a package has been left in my Green Bin - there is no dates reference etc.
Guess what my green bin has been emptied presumably with the package from - not a clue! I was aware that my green bin was to be emptied this week so I removed it from my gated yard and brought it to the front of my house corner so that my neighbour could put it at the bottom of my drive for collection on Thursday - it would in my opinion be obvious that it was waiting collection.
