General Comments

I ordered a DVD on Monday 15th of December, obviously expecting it in time for Christmas, when I ordered the site was having a promotional hour - £1 of everything, however, I checked my online bank account balance on the Saturday after, only to find they had only withdrew money on the Friday, which started to worry me. It's now xmas eve, I've checked my order on their site, only to find "pending dispatch"...no way to cancel my order, or to phone them. I'm devastated, as it's for my boyfriend, and money is tight, and I've also not received my Play.com order althought both were bought under "guaranteed christmas delivery".
I would just like to be able to cancel my order now.
If any one has any advice it would be truly welcomed.
