This board can load Windows XP SP2 on a single SATA drive without the need for extra drivers.
Bad Points
Installation of Windows XP stalled, failed to load idecoi.dll from SATA driver disk on attempting RAID 0 installation. After loading Windows XP from CD-ROM, both the BIOS and the OS lost track of the CD drive, that is, absent from Device Manager(controller shows, but no device).
General Comments
This seems to be a rogue board with a dodgy BIOS. The BIOS failed to reliably autodetect IDE (PATA) and SATA drives. Spent a whole day trying to get this board to work properly. It seems that quality control has been sacrificed at the expense of price. Next time I will purchase a board with a better track record.
