    General Comments

    Ordered a England Rugby Shirt for my Nephew on Dec 2rd, site confirmed as in stock. Told a week ago it was out of stock maybe in Jan09 !.... now I have not received an answer my e-mails ? icing on the cake was the e-mail to all registered users that an express delivery for xmas on all items was availablefrom the 19th.....
    Not particularly happy as I have received and posted items accross the country and continents without any problems.
    0.5/10 for effort RFU.com.
