Good Points

The flight on the way to Seattle was incident free & everything went well. Flight was comfortable, food was remarkably good and the entertainment system kept me amused.


Bad Points

When something goes wrong, you are abandoned & "customer service" is bad.
We were on a flight that was cancelled due to bad weather.
Communication to customers did not exist...in this instance the supervisory staff seemed to have no idea how to cope in challenging situations.


General Comments

Travel should be enjoyable....and at the very least, you should feel indifferent about the experience. My NWA experience left me filled with fury & anger...cancellations happen and I accept this. However I expect HELP from the airline... The attitude from some of the NWA staff when I raised the issues about the quality of their service wasn't very good.
Thankfully we were able to transfer to another organisation.
