Good Points

-shakes were very filling.
-found postive health benefits all round along with amazing weight loss results.
-skin appearance improved (spots and blemishes slowly faded, skin glowed and looked really fresh and healthy)
-allowed me to increase my intake of milk (soya milk) which in itself has a lot of health benefits.
- enabled me to develop a healthy routine as before i didnt eat 3 times a day which in turn led to weight gain!
- managed to lose a stone and half in about 5 weeks.
-weight maintained the same despite having stopped the shakes.
- variety of flavours meant that i could add change.
-soya nuts were delicious snaks!
-felt full of energy throughout diet
-didn't really add exercise to my lifestyle change, but still lost the weight.


Bad Points

- sometimes found the shaker itself wasnt all that good in mixing the shake (think this just applied to cookie and cream flavour)
however this was overcome by the use of a hand blender! :)


General Comments

I recommend herbalife to everyone out there that is wanting to lose weight/ gain weight/ or maintain their weight.
this product worked like a miracle, with no negative effects.
i lost weight and gained confidence and health.
i haven't looked and felt this healthy before.
i would like to thank herbalife and my personal herbalife coach.
if u are interested in trying the products or would like to know more then you can contact herbalife, or look for any other herbalife coach near you and i'm sure they will be able to talk you through.
i was introduced to mine through a friend that was using the products. everyone i met that was being looked after by the same coach through their herbalife experience were all 100% happy with the products and were seeing great results whether they were trying to lose/gain or maintain their weight.
their were success stories from people achieving their weight loss goals to people finally being able to conceive their first baby after years of trying- just after a month on the products.
this product really is a miracle!
