General Comments
Crystal cancelled holiday 3 weeks prior to travel. Replacement given was not what we wanted - we booked in Feb and all the good holidays were already booked by the time they came to provide a replacement!
Skiing -Catered chalet was poor. Delayed by 24 hours on return journey - not Crystals fault, but the whole situation was very poorly managed.
