Friendly response over the phone when I enquired about cats available for rehoming.
General Comments
Arranged to attend the shelter but had a wasted journey. Nobody was around when I arrived, despite the 'reception' being open yet unstaffed. Spent 15 minutes waiting and could stand the stench of urine and howling dogs no longer.
