General Comments

Frizzell used to be excellent until LV took them over. Now customer service is terrible and almost one week since my accident (not my fault) they have still not sorted out a loan car or repair for me - they wanted to send my car (less than a year old) to a non-authorised repair centre which would have invalidated my bodywork warranty. Their callcentre keeps you hanging on for hours and hours and hours at YOUR cost and they didnt call back when they say they will. Appalling. I will not be renewing my car insurance with them.

    A month down the line from my accident and LV Frizzell have still done nothing - the car is not repaired and they are not answering any complaint letters. I spend most of my time on the phone to them (at my cost) and despite their apologies and promises, nothing happens. I now have no alternative but to refer the matter to the Ombudsman.
