Good Points

Policy Certificate took 1 day to receive.


Bad Points

Customer service is disguisting, form the service I received. I was on the phone for around 4hours while trying to cancel my policy (still nver got through).


General Comments

Endsleigh is the worst insurance company ever in my opinion. The price i was given just after passing my test was quite expensive, they rang me back telling me if i took pass plus after taking insurance out they would lower my insurance by 900 pound. They told me i had no limit on how long I had to send them my certificate, I even asked them and they told me I didn't. After passing my pass plus i rang them back and they told me they couldnt lower my insurance! The customer service is appaling, Ive been trying to cancel my policy for 4 days now before the 14day no charge period expires but I cant get through!! Or they just hang up. Donot go with endsliegh unless you want appalling customer service, lied to and nothing good from a policy. The only good thing was my certificate took 1day to arrive, even setting up the insurance took around 2 hours!
