Bad Points

Use a claims management company called Albany who, for me were useless, I did not get call backs, people do not appear to talk to each other, small choice of cars like KIAs ...........UGH!!!!!!!!!!!!


General Comments

I was hit in a car park ands the person addmitted liability. This was on Thursday. The claim was handed over to their claims management compnay calld Albany who are a distaster area.

I rang and they gave me the wrong information, the guy just wanted to get rid of me, or atleast thats how it felt. They rarely returned my calls they do appear to speak to each other, some different always deals with you.
FINALLY they sorted out with Zurich the issues and arranged to collect the vehicle for repair and offer a car hire.
We have an X trail Adventura and were offer a KIA Sorrento!
The attitude was take it or leave it. I left it.
This Company's attiutude appears to be that customers fit in with them and what they want , rather than trying to meet thir needs.
Admiral seem ok, but no way will I ever use Albany !!!!!!!!

    I'd agree with the Albany comments!! I've just been hit by another driver in a car park and Admiral appointed Albany to handle the claim. Contrary to my experience with Admiral on a previous claim, Albany seemed to be unable to provide accurate information or return phone calls or provide a courtesy car for 3 days after the accident!! May be this is not so much a complaint against Admiral, but more against Albany!?
